Apr 13, 1743 – The Birth of Thomas Jefferson

On the 270th Anniversary of Jefferson’s birth, Chef Walter Staib brings to life his Emmy-award winning show A Taste of History with an evening celebrating the food and history of our founding fathers. He takes us on a culinary adventure to meet some of his Revolutionary celebrity friends. They leap out of history books and onto the stage with Staib as he demystifies the 18th century by revealing the secrets of the famous founding foodies, including George and Martha Washington and John and Abigail Adams by stopping into their parties and sharing their favorite foods and drink.
